Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment via paypal or Nochex

We accept most major cards through PayPal. This is a very easy and secure method of buying online. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Shipping And Handling We stock the complete range of products sold on the website which allows same day dispatch. If for any reason we have an item out of stock, we will hold your order until complete. Shipping charges can be viewed on your order checkout page before pressing confirm order.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. You should normally recieve your order in 3 business days .

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will hold your order until it is complete. You will be notified by email if your product is out of stock and will be given the option of a refund. We do not keep back orders or ship part orders.

Tax Charges All orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security All card transations are dealt with via PayPal or Nochex. We recieve your payment through PayPal or Nochex who deal with the secure online transaction.

Guarantee We want you to be happy both buying from us and with the items you buy from us. If you are not happy for any reason with your purchase, we will accept any stock items back within 7 days of purchase, and refund the cost of the goods. It is the customers responsibility to return the goods to us, and we are unable to refund any carriage costs.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, and every effort will be made to resolve the complaint within 14 working days. Returns Policy We are happy to accept any items for return within 7 days provided that they are returned in resaleable condition. Please note that we are unable to refund carriage charges and return carriage charges are the customers responsibility.

We fully comply with merchant obligations of "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000". These regulations entitle you to a 7 day "cooling off" period. If you order anything and find it not to be as you expected, you are entitled to return the item to us for a refund (all refunds exclude carriage charges either way).
